Established Signs are Back!!!

It's been a long time coming...

Love Letters Vinyl Lettering Established Signs are back! Since I reopened the shop back in September the most common question I get is "Do you still make established signs?" Now, I can say "YES!"

These 8"x24" signs make the perfect gift for any occasion: wedding, anniversary, housewarming, holiday, or just because.

Disney-themed Decals

If you know me, you know I love all things Disney. L-O-V-E! I love Disney so much that my husband actually proposed to me in front of the castle at The Happiest Place on Earth. Insert "Awwwww" here :) So, you can imagine how excited I was when one of my fave blogs "Someday Crafts" announced a Disney Categorically Crafting Show. I went right to work designing some Disney-themed decals for the event. I ran the gamut and took some creative license with each, but I hope you enjoy them! They're all available in my Etsy shop

I've been gradually adding more items to my shop over the past month or so. I'll be honest, I'm being extra-picky. I've been going through all of my current designs deciding what it shop-worthy, and adding a few new ones along the way. Like these:

A Change of Plans

Well, I just couldn't stay away. We shut down our Etsy shop in April right before the move, THINKING that was it. But now I have ALL this wood, frames, magnet boards, blocks laying around my house and ideas swirling in my mind. So, we've OPENED the Etsy shop back up. It definitely won't be on the level it was before. But it's there. I feel almost silly posting this since my last post was all about how we shut it down and the reasoning for doing so. The good news is, my husband is working a 9-5 job (ahhhh, the benefits of working for the government) and isn't allowed to bring his work home, so he and I decided that with some of our "extra" time (you know, when the kids are asleep) we'd work on this business TOGETHER.

So, there you go. A slight change in plans. I'm happy to be creating again, and to not have to take any time away from my kids to do it.

Are You There Blog? It's Me.

It has been a year since I posted here. A YEAR! Goodness, a lot has happened in that year but I won't bore you with the details of my awesome life. Instead, I'll update you on Love Letters, which is why you're here in the first place.

After two years of business, I shut down my Etsy shop. It was a tough decision, oddly, one of the toughest I've had to make in my 20...ahem... something years on this earth. But, it's what's right for our family. The Etsy shop was a HUGE blessing while my hubby worked on his Masters, but it became a full-time job... on top of my full time job: MOMMY! So, with hesistance, yet a peace about it, I shut it down. But, I can't just stay away from this business. I love it!  Not to mention, what's the point in having HUGE crates full of wood and an ENORMOUS vinyl cutter if you're not going to use them. That being said, I'm so happy to announce that from here on out Love Letters Vinyl Lettering will be all about the blog. Here, I'll post new products, tutorials, kits and Super Saturday ideas ALL ready to order. Most items will be ready-to-ship and will be in the mail within three business days of purchase. For the time being, I won't be doing custom orders but that could change in the future... or, if you ask me really nicely.

SPRING BLOCK SET
Painted in the colors of spring with white vinyl lettering. The flower atop the "i" is decoupaged. Each block is embellished with springtime ribbon or flowers. So cute in any room of the house!

SUMMER BLOCK SET
I love a summer picnic --- my little girl loves to watch the ants... both of which inspired these adorable blocks. The red blocks are covered with a red Picnic Gingham scrapbook paper, the white blocks are painted. Lettering is done in white and red vinyl. Traveling across the blocks is a line of black vinyl ANTS. Black with white polka dot ribbon finishes the whole thing off.

If you don't see what you're looking for, I'm more than happy to custom order any color for an additional $5-$10 (pricing dependent on color finish and size).

CLOCKS

Clocks are a new venture for me, but so far, I'm loving all the creative options I have with them! Clocks come in 12" ($35) or 24" ($70) sizes. I put a great amount of time and detail into each clock, so it does take a few extra days to get them in the mail, but I promise it's well worth the wait!! As with all Love Letters products, paint and vinyl colors are completely up to you. Please specify preferences when ordering.
